In keeping true to our vision: “Healthy Minds, Healthy Families, Healthy Communities” IHS is excited to announce that we will be partnering with Shailey Vallejo of Vida Magic Yoga to integrate this ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practice into our services. Research indicates that in addition to Yoga’s physical benefits, it also assists people in improving sleep, reducing stress, relieving anxiety, and managing depression (Nichols, 2019).
